Cancellation window
Each venue sets its own cancellation window. It is shown on the listing and at checkout. Free cancellation two or three hours before the slot is common — read the policy on screen before you confirm.
How refunds are paid
Payment is collected at the venue. Any amount paid is settled or refunded directly by the venue operator under the cancellation policy shown at booking. Matchena does not currently charge you online.
Coins and promo codes
Coins used on a cancelled booking return to your coin balance immediately. Whether a promo use is restored depends on that offer’s terms.
No-show
If you confirm a booking and do not attend, there is no refund and your reliability score may be affected.
Disputes
To dispute a refund, write to support@matchena.com within 48 hours of the slot, with your booking code.
