1. Acceptance

By using the Matchena platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Registering means the details you provide are accurate.

3. Bookings

Every booking depends on venue availability and that venue’s cancellation policy. Matchena is an intermediary: the contract for using the court is between you and the operator.

4. Payments

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation rules vary by venue and are shown on the listing and at checkout. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Coins used on a cancelled booking return to the wallet immediately.

6. Conduct

Do not misuse the platform, submit false information, harass other users, or commit fraud. A breach may suspend the account.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users: you can report any post or block any user inside the app, we review reports within 24 hours, remove offending content and suspend the account behind it.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account.

7. Intellectual property

Logos, design and copy on the platform belong to Matchena or its licensors. Unauthorised use is not allowed.
